In this 3 hour work workshop- we will explore both the Yin and Restorative style yoga practices and how to incorporate them into our classes as teachers and our practices as students.
As we enter this colder time of year, these practices are beneficial for feeding our tighter and dryer tissues with important nutrients as well as allowing us to receive deep rest during this more "stressful" time of year facing all the demands placed upon us at work and at home with the holidays approaching.
