The New Moon in Libra is concerned with the human element of personal relationships, fairness and justice, and the human qualities of kindness, compassion, beauty and appreciation of art. Our Intention for this lunar cycle will be to seed these qualities into our relationships with others ~ and with ourselves.

Sound Seed Project is a 60-min Sound Bath that offers a unique Spiritual Journey into Deep Meditation. Crystal Singing Bowels, Gongs, Drums, Sacred Rattles, Shamanic Toning, Tuning Forks, Flutes and other Overtone-Emitting Instruments are used to create an environment conducive to deep relaxation and inward investigation.

Students relax during the entire session on their mats sometimes with blankets or other props while enjoying the benefits of sound.
