Restorative Yoga Intensive and Teacher Training
Restorative Yoga postures are supported with bolsters, blocks and blankets, and are held for an extended period of time—it’s all about relaxation. First introduced in the 1960s by yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar, Restorative Yoga was created for students with injuries or illness and those who could not practice the more vigorous styles of yoga. Today, Restorative Yoga is practiced in health clubs, hospitals, and yoga studios by participants who are looking for deep rest and relaxation.
